A creative, hands on life drawing session in the Mariscal exhibition with Anne Noble-Partridge and David Price from London Drawing:
This dynamic session consisted of three activities all inspired by Mariscal’s concepts and working practice and saw 25 architects going back to basics sitting on the floor cutting, sticking, drawing and exploring materials.
Participants moved through the exhibition working on quick character drawing with a mime artist life model using felt tips, constructing small 3D sculptures and life drawings in card and collage directly from Mariscal’s 3D installation and paper collage inspired by Mariscal’s reductive drawing techniques.
A great evening of expolorative drawing with some fantastic creative results!
